Check your version. Cello runs fine with my Chameleon 4.0.

File streaming protocol. A truly anonymous method of file transfer
similar in some ways to FTP. Clients can be much like ftp or more
asynchronous acting (integrating with the command line).
FSP loads the server much less than does FTP, and tends to be a little
slower. An excellent protocol, IMO, that would benefit sysadmins and
users if it became more common.

there are actually more than one, but i like 'internet unleashed'
it was $50, but at over 1000 pages, no fluff, and the chameleon stuff, i think it was well
worth it (sams publishing)

I log into a slip server and this is what happens:
dialup>slip

that string of "garbage" is repeated over and over and over again ever
few seconds, it does not respond to any software, anybody have any ideas?
